| All shared spaces, both indoors and outdoors, are inspected and cleaned daily whenever there are separate guest reservations. Daily cleaning is typically conducted between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. For stays lasting 7 to 29 nights, bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned every seven days, 11:00 AM and 4:30PM. All guest bed, bath and pool linens will also be changed. | When the entire property is rented for private use, a thorough cleaning is provided every 7 days between 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM. During this service, fresh bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels will be replaced to ensure your comfort. For stays of 30 nights or longer, I’m happy to work with you to create a customized cleaning schedule that fits your needs. | Plants are watered daily, typically between 09:00-10;00. "During July and August, watering is done twice a day around 09:00 and 19:00. The pool water is tested and treated daily. It is cleaned on Fridays and on additional days when necessary." Guest are kindly requsted NOT to clean the pool themselves or, handle of the pool equipment. |
Extra cleaning services:
I kindly request that guests do not wash bed, bath, or pool linens themselves. These items require special care to prevent damage, including stains caused by sunscreen for example.
Additional bed and bathroom cleaning services, outside the standard routine explained above, is available for 35.00euro Bed and Bathroom. It's 20euro if you want your bed, bath and pool linens changed over, including removing and washing old.
Please note that stained linens cannot be reused. If any linens are stained during your stay, you will receive a notification with photos. Their replacement cost will be charged on a like-for-like basis, based on the receipt(s) provided. Payment is required within 24 hours of the receipt being sent.
