Children 12+ years

Casa Morayma has two flights of stairs, a kitchen and a roof terrace ( with handrails that can be clibmed) and a swimming pool that is not fenced.  For these reasons,  children 12 years (or older) are welcome provided their parents, guardians or care takers observce the following:

• Number of  of children and their ages must be confirmed when making your reservation and before payment of deposit.

• Children (and adults) who cannot swim, of any age, are not authorised to access and or use the patio or the pool unsupervised at any time.

• Children must be supervised on the terraces at all times. 

• No diving, jumping, yelling or screaming is allowed in the pool. The pool is not deep enough for this and, chlorine water destroys the garden patio plants surrounding the pool.

• Any damage caused must be immediately reported to your host with photos. 

• While on the property, parents  or caretakers are responsible for the care and safety of the child or children at all times.

• It is a legal requirement to provide  identificationfor all children and, they must also be registered in Spains Database of Accommodations.  

• Unless 16 years or older, children cannot be left unsupervised or alone at Casa Morayma.

• At this time, Casa Morayma does not offer any baby equipment.

Please note that the Bedrooms are not large enough to fit a baby cot.

Bed & Bathroom 4 is suitable for parents who would like their 1-2 children sleeping directly across the hall from them in Bedroom 3.
