The Rates, Terms & Conditions on this website apply for all Reservations at Casa Morayma unless noted otherwise

Website discounts | Website discounts cannot be stacked or added to the discounts provided by online booking platforms. |
Deposit | A 50% deposit is required to confirm your Reservation, paid to the specified bank account, see Payment Information below. |
Final Payment | The remaining 50% is due for payment 3 days before your check-in. |
Receipts | Payment receipt is sent you along with confirmation of your Reservation. |
Failing to Pay | Reservations can and will be cancncelled if payment is not received by the due date. |
90+ day stays | Reservations for longer than 90 nights may be considered however, terms will be negotiated directly. |
Identification | As required by Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021. All persons making a Reservation and their guests, of all ages and for any duration of stay, must provide their official Government issued Identification. All guests, regardless of age and duration of stay, must be entered into the Spanish Government's System of Accommodation within 24 hours of your Check-in. |
Identification | Guests refusing to comply with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 to provide Identification cannot and will not be checked-in. |
Parties | No parties are allowed unless agreed when making the Reservation. |
Respect & peace | Guests agree to resepct the house and our village neighbours at all times. |
Noise | No noise after 11;00PM unless pre-arranged with your Host for a special occasion and, with neighbours consent. |
Inviting new guests | Guests are not permitted to host individuals outside of their registered party staying in the house. |
Smoking | Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas. |
Policies | Guests will at all times comply with Casa Morayma's policy for Children, the Pool and Pets. |
Payment Details:
- All payments must be made by BIZUM to +34 624 451 626 within Spain, or by bank transfer to the following bank account.
- Your reservation is confirmed as soon as your payment is received. A receipt is sent to you.
- Credit card payments will be available in the forseeable future.

Cancellation Terms:
Period of Stay | Refund Policy |

Short Stays (2-7 nights) | Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your Reservation 7 days, or more, before your check-in date. |
Long stays (8+ nights) | It is difficult, if not impossible, replacing long stay Reservations when they are cancelled. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your Reservation 30 days (or more) before your check-in date. Half of your deposit is refundable if you cancel your Reservation 15-29 days before your check-in date. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your Reservation between 0-14 days before your check-in date. |
Refusing to Provide Identification | Consistent with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 any Guest refusing to provide their official government issued Identification, including the identification of all their guests, irrespective of age, nationality and duration of stay, cannot and will not be checked-in. No refunds will be provided to guests who refuse to comply. |
