Payment Terms

• Rates, terms and conditions on this website apply for direct bookings only.  Excludes all bookings received from Third party booking platforms. 

• Discounts offered on this website, cannot be stacked or added with offers from booking.com or AirBnb et all. 

• Under Spanish law and in compliance with my license to Operate, all guests over 16 years of age must provide a copy of their official photographic identification and be registered in the Spanish National Database. 

• For all stays 2-29 nights there is a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due for payment 3 days before your arrival. 

• For all stays longer than 30 nights, deposit and rental instalments are discussed and agreed with guest directly. 

• Reservation is confirmed when payment of deposit is received into the specified bank account. You will be sent a receipt along with conffirmation of your reservation. 

• Reservations can be cancelled for late or non-payment.

All payments must be made by BIZUM to +34 624 451 626 within Spain, or by bank transfer to the following bank account. Your reservation is confirmed as soon as your payment is received. A receipt is sent to you.
