Short stays (2-7 nights):
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation 7 days, or more, before your arrival date,
Extended stays (8+ nights):
It is difficult, if not impossible,replacing long stay reservations when they are cancelled.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation 30 days (or more) before your arrival date.

Half of your deposit is redundable if you cancel your resevations 15-29 days before your arrival date.

Your deposit will not be refunded in you cancel between 0-14 days before your arrival date.
