Children aged 12 years or over are welcome when renting the entire house provided the following is strictly enforced by the parents &/or care takers during your stay. 

Casa Morayma has two floors of stairs, a kitchen and roof terrace (that can be climbed) and a swimming pool that is not fenced. For this reason, children 12 years or older are welcome taking into consideration the following conditions:

• Number of  of children and their ages must be confirmed when making your reservation and before payment of deposit

• Children (and adults) who cannot swim, of any age, are not authorised to access and or use the patio or the pool unsupervised at any time

• Children must be supervised when on the kitchen and roof terraces at all times

• No diving, jumping, yelling or screaming is allowed in the pool. The pool is not deep enough for this and, chlorine water destroys the garden patio plants surrounding the pool

• Any damage caused by children must be immediately reported to your host, Chantal. 

• While on the property, parents  or caretakers are responsible for the care and safety of the child or children at all times

• Photographic identification must be provided for all children aged 16 and over. Spanish legal & licensing requirement

• Unless 16 years or older, children cannot be left unsupervised alone at Casa Morayma

• At this time, Casa Morayma does not offer any baby equipment or equipment to block off stair access etc.

Please note that Bedrooms are not large enough to fit a baby cot. Bed & Bathroom 4 is suitable for parents who would like their 1-2 children sleeping directly across the hall from them in Bedroom 3.
